Writing when you're grumpy

hey,
I didn't expect to write much tonight but I've had a bit of an emotional upset this evening (nothing major, irrational really but I'm upset nonetheless!) and although I'm going to bed now, I wonder if anyone has any tips for writing when you feel annoyed, or grumpy or just generally *meh*. I guess it's a bit early to be asking for tips for writing when you don't feel like it but it's never too soon to start!

No advice because I feel exactly the same. I had planned to get lots of writing done last night but had a major RL disaster and now I'm not sure what to do.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Sometimes things happen where you do need to concentrate on other things though, maybe Nano will have to slip? But sometimes it can help to write as a distraction from what's going on too. Hope things improve for you soon.
